If you have ever called PolicyMap or participated in a training, chances are you have talked to Phil. Phil joined PolicyMap in 2008 and is responsible for tech support and customer service. Given his level of engagement with PolicyMap users, Phil is an integral part of product development, testing, and quality assurance. Phil has a degree in Architectural Design and Computer Application Development from the University of Oregon and is a certified MCAS and CCNP.
